This is a lined ro (unlined summer kimono fabric) haori. It is not made of lace material, but rather a black fabric with a lace-like pattern, featuring occasional red leaf-like motifs. (See photo 5 with light)

Worn a few times, it is in good condition.
As it is designed for fashion, it is likely not suitable for formal mourning wear.
