Good vintage condition - no cracks, fleabites or scratches. Color is good on both pieces. Shakespeare tray includes the original box with original Wedgwood pamphlet. CONDITION NOTE: *On the Mayflower tray, there is a small piece of the white relief that has chipped off. The plate itself is not chipped, just the trim. This is shown in the last photo. *On the Shakespeare, there is a bit of yellowing beside the bust on one side. Shown in the next to last photo. Two lovely vintage Wedgwood blue jasperware round trays. One featuring a finely detailed white classical relief portrait of William Shakespeare, surrounded by an elegant border of oak leaves and acorns. The other a commemorative depiction of the Mayflower. The Shakespeare piece includes the original packaging and is identified on the box as J1000 / 2749, “Shakespeare Round Tray.” Along with the box, the original Wedgwood information pamphlet dated 1986 is also included, providing excellent documentation of the design and period. There is no box or pamphlet for the Mayflower tray. Each tray measures approximately 4½ inches (11.4 cm) in diameter—a charming size for display, jewelry, small treasures, or simply as a collectible piece of Wedgwood jasperware. Wonderful gift for Shakespeare lover or history buff! Condition: Good vintage/collector condition. Deficiencies are noted. Please examine the photographs carefully, as they form part of the description. The original box shows some age/storage wear. Free shipping
